Robert Rumsby
The Owner of the Company contracted to do work at my home. He took my down payment. He failed to have the work done. I took the Company to Civil Court and received a judgement against them They have not paid the settlement of the claim. Now I have found out that there are Warrants issued against the owner of the Company for passing bad checks in Carteret & Onslow Counties.
