Nearly every other locksmith I’d called up in Mclean, VA asked me to bring the lock to their shop. Apparently, they only provided on-call service for big issues. By big, I knew they meant those issues where they had the chance to make big money. I had a lot of other things to take care of at home and I just couldn’t run around town trying to get the lock fixed. Frustrated, I kept calling a few numbers I found on the net, but to no avail. There were a few that stated ridiculously high call-out charges. Finally I landed up on http://www.McleanLocksmithStore.com, and to my relief, these guys agreed to come take a look. Within half an hour, Joe got my lock working flawlessly. AMAZING SERVICES! And don’t get me started on the prices! The total bill barely came up to $40. Thank you Mclean Locksmith Store! You guys are officially my go-to locksmith in Mclean, VA!!!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Mclean Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Mclean, VA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Littleton Locksmith Store is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Littleton Locksmith Store’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Littleton, CO (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Littleton Locksmith Store was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Littleton Locksmith Store is the BEST in Littleton, CO!!! Call them up - 303-357-7647 - I’m sure you’ll love their service!!!

I kept shifting my schedules around, but the guys at Mclean Locksmith Store were understanding and put up with all of my frequent rescheduling. I finally made myself available for a security assessment the following weekend. Despite putting them through so much inconvenience, they didn’t levy any charges for having sent over a technician twice mid-week. Instead, the technician suggested that I look up their website http://www.McleanLocksmithStore.com and use a coupon to get an extra discount. You guys are the best!!! I’m definitely calling you up again!

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Mclean Locksmith Store. Despite John from Mclean Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Mclean, VA….
