was told there was a scheduling mix up and we would have to schedule another day. So I sat home all day waiting for no reason. I was never told of the mix up so if I hadn't called I would still be waiting. To add insult to injury when initial appointment was booked there was an issue with my address and I was called back so they had a second chance to notice this scheduling issue and didn't and this proved they had a valid phone number so this no call no show is completely unwarranted. STAY AWAY at all costs! R/ Stoops Wesley was supposed to come to my house on 05 DEC 19. Never showed. When I called to inquiry why the no show I was told there was a scheduling mix up and we would have to schedule another day. So I sat home all day waiting for no reason.
