After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Tarentum Locksmith Service , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Tarentum Locksmith Service to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. Tarentum Locksmith Service could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I really appreciated the efficiency and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen. Fantastic experience with Tarentum Locksmith Service. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided.
