Cross Connections Counseling is a private counseling office, dedicated to giving our clients a safe place to work through individual concerns. I feel privileged to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges and difficulties in life and are ready for change. If the pain and hurt you feel from anxiety, depression, broken relationships, loss, and other circumstances has left you overwhelmed, you are not alone. I offer a safe, comfortable place for clients to explore and work through these areas of concern. My goal is to help you find healing, while rediscovering hope and joy in your life. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, and am trained in PREPARE and ENRICH for premarital and relationship counseling. I also have level two training in EMDR, a specialized treatment for trauma. EMDR can be used to address a variety of traumatic experiences, and aids in coping and healing.
