Mike came within an hour, and unlocked the door in less than fifteen minutes or more precisely, drilled through the heavy metal door and removed the malfunctioning lock. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Palmetto Locksmith Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Sadly, the new lock I installed on my door got busted within two weeks. Turns out, the locksmith who had the lock installed, not only did a poor job with the installation but also charged me a bomb for a poor-quality lock. I was furious! But there was no use now!
