We were installing a new door, but the carpenter was having trouble installing the lock on it. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Sumner Locksmith Store did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Sumner Locksmith Store !
