When I’d locked my pet cat in the car, I was on the verge of tears. How could I have been so stupid? I’ve heard how dangerous it could be and I contemplated breaking down the window in a bid to rescue her. A passerby who’d stopped by to help was strongly against it and suggested I call San Diego Liberty Locksmith instead! A locksmith? Seriously? They take ages to answer a house call, how would they fare in an emergency? Despite my doubts, I called them up on 619-402-1870. Twenty minutes later.. I couldn’t be happier! 24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from San Diego Liberty Locksmith. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, San Diego Liberty Locksmith was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! Thanks James for helping me out in a crisis – and thanks for the great piece of advice! San Diego Liberty Locksmith is the best for 24/7 service in San Diego , CA! Would recommend them!

Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. San Diego Liberty Locksmith is the BEST!!!!

i needed a deadbolt installed on my door and Jay was very helpful in choosing the right one for me without pressuring me towards the more expensive options. I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment. The next day he was on time, friendly, efficient, and considerate.I will use them again. San Diego Liberty Locksmith The Best In Town!!!! if you will need a Locksmith call them 619-402-1870.
