Can’t complain about anything when it comes to Hialeah Locksmith Service! Found their service to be flawless! The rates are low which came as a huge surprise to me. I owned several apartment buildings across Hialeah, FL and I knew the standard rates charged by most locksmiths. How these guys manage to provide their services at such low rates is beyond me!!!! I’ve called them over nearly four times now, and each time I’ve struck a really good deal in terms of the prices. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Hialeah Locksmith Service was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Hialeah, FL charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Hialeah Locksmith Service my go-to locksmith! 10/10

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Hialeah Locksmith Service because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose.
