I am very pleased with the R & S Gutters of Johnson City . The owner, is very professional and was a pleasure to work with. They cleaned our gutters and installed a gutter guard product. I called another Diamond Certified gutter company and R & S Gutters of Johnson City was more reasonably priced on both the cleaning and the product. They did the work as scheduled and did an excellent job. The product seems to be working nicely.
