Fantastic experience with Carnegie Locksmith Service. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Carnegie Locksmith Service not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional service.

I'm right there with everyone else - Carnegie Locksmith Service absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

I’ve availed their services around five times and they’ve never once failed to show up on time or charged me anything extra. The greatest thing about them is that they’ve got flat rates, which means they charge you the same fee, irrespective of the time you call them up. No matter what lock & key issue you have or emergency assistance you might need, I don’t think there could be anyone better than Carnegie Locksmith Service!!!
