Recommendation is to NEVER do business with this company if you don't want to waste your money and your time. From defective products to extremely poor customer service, this company is one of the worst of all time and one to definitely avoid!! They "hide" behind policy and expiring warranty periods. They also LIE when promoting their products. They say their LEDs will last thousands of hours when in fact they can't make it past a couple of months! Their employees will actually even admit that the defective parts you were sent were part of a bad batch (which would be IJDMTOYs problem) but, yet won't do the honorable thing and send you one out of a different batch that would actually work!! Employees keep saying the owner, Eric Wu is unavailable and that he won't tell you anything different than they do because he doesn't care either. Is this REALLY the way to run a company and treat customers?? So....BUYER BEWARE as you will wind up spending a bunch of money and all you'll finally wind up with is a defective part for which the warranty period has "suddenly" expired even though the warranty on the SECOND defective part they sent you should still be fully intact. This company is mainly a sham to good hard working people who simply want what was promised to them and get something of value for their money. If you choose to do business with these individuals, you have no one to blame but yourself. They are NOT a member of the BBB for good reason. They don't want to be honorable!!!
