I can't recommend this Sacramento Elite Locksmith enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

Jerry of Sacramento Elite Locksmith came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, Sacramento Elite Locksmith ! You're on our list of go-to people.

These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Sacramento Elite Locksmith who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The guys from Sacramento Elite Locksmith were at our house within 25 minutes and got us in quickly without damaging our lock. Super nice and friendly! I will use them again if i need them.

I just can’t stop showering praises on these guys, and I’ve got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in Sacramento Elite Locksmith with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. For a person who has previously waited for hours on end for a locksmith to arrive, this superfast response came as a pleasant shock. And then, when it comes to the service, Tony had the lock opened up in a few minutes without inflicting the slightest damage on it! Truly incredible! For all I know, Tony is the best locksmith I’ve ever come across in Sacramento, CA..... Highly-recommend them to all!
