Henrry is a rockstar. Unbelievably prompt, friendly communication, plus he set up a time to change out my locks outside of their normal service area on the day I was leaving town. Don't pay any attention to any of these reviews. They are all glowing, and none of them quite captures just how amazing the service was from this locksmith. Ben is the f'ing man. I live in National City , CA , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock.
