I had enquired with other locksmiths in Saratoga for rekeying service but they weren’t familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to Saratoga Locksmith Service, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!

Saratoga Locksmith Service is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Saratoga. However, Gary from Saratoga Locksmith Service was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Saratoga Locksmith Service not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I needed a transponder key made. The one that I had I’d lost it somewhere and had been using public transportation to commute to work ever since. It was becoming quite a hassle and I needed someone to get a key made at a cheap price. After being rudely cut off by several locksmiths who refused to quote a price beforehand, the rep from Saratoga Locksmith Service listened in on my requirements carefully. I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Saratoga Locksmith Service. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word!
