A friend of mine lost her purse that had everything – her phone, wallet, keys, and cards. She had to get home to her kids ( whom she had left with a sitter) and needed access to the car. I called Mentor Locksmith Service and explained the situation. They sent a technician to the location in quick time. I’d called them around 10 pm and they got there by 10:25 pm. I thought it would take forever since I knew how modern cars were – you needed to not just cut but also program the keys. The technician from Mentor Locksmith Service, James I think, really knew his stuff. He had this fully equipped workshop in his van that allowed him to make a key onsite. Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Mentor , OH that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation.
