They sent someone out to me within 3 hours (I think his name was Mike - nice, professional guy). I needed to rekey some door locks and it was done quickly and for a fair price. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. UNBELIEVABLE! FAST AND AFFORDABLE! It’s unreal how good these guys are. After I lost the keys to my car, I called Dave from Folsom Locksmith Store. Great, professional service by Folsom Locksmith Store ! My deadbolt was loose and my keys kept getting stuck in the lock. Folsom Locksmith Store quickly coordinated a time for the service call on my schedule. The locksmith showed up right on time and the lock replacement took only 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with my polite and professional. They came prepared and got the job done right. I'm very happy with their work, and would use them again.

Folsom Locksmith Store is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Folsom Locksmith Store’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Folsom , CA (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Folsom Locksmith Store was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later.
