These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Rego Park Locksmith Service who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated!
