After dealing with a stubborn leak near our vent pipe following a heavy spring storm, I needed someone fast who wouldn't try to upsell an entire roof we didn't need. Apple Roofing sent a technician out the very next morning. He diagnosed the failing flashing, gave a straightforward and fair quote on the spot, and repaired it cleanly without any high-pressure sales pitch. It's rare to find a company that treats homeowners with this level of honesty and respect. Will definitely be keeping their number handy!

With two young kids and a toddler who still naps during the day, I was dreading the noise and disruption of a full roof replacement. Apple Roofing worked closely with us to schedule around our family's routine. Their crew was polite, worked insanely fast, and made sure all debris was kept within a contained area. Most importantly, they ran magnetic sweeps over the entire yard four separate times so I didn't have to worry about my kids or dog stepping on stray nails. Absolute peace of mind for parents!

We hired Apple Roofing for a residential roof replacement on 2nd Ave, and the entire experience was top-tier. Their representative took the time to explain high-wind rated shingles, impact resistance, and proper attic ventilation options designed to withstand Midwest windstorms and winter freeze-thaw cycles. The crew was punctual, protected our gutters and landscaping during tear-off, and left the yard immaculate when finished. It is rare to find a contractor this dependable, honest, and organized.
