I was strictly against hiding spare keys under rugs or in flower pots, since I believed that it would put my home security in risk. However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. It was now 9 pm and any chances of hiring a technician from the local hardware store in Anaheim were now gone. A quick web search later, I found this website https://www.MetroAnaheimLocksmith.com that offered 24 hour services and decided to call them up. They turned up at my place within ten minutes. David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. And sure enough, the door was unlocked within minutes and he even made me a new set of keys for free. Metro Anaheim Locksmith sure knows how to keep its customers happy. They’re amazing and super talented!

Can you define customer service? Well, Metro Anaheim Locksmith just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website https://www.MetroAnaheimLocksmith.com and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit – and there’s no other locksmith in Anaheim , CA who would do that! Highly recommend…

Trust me when I say this, Metro Anaheim Locksmith is truly the best locksmith company in Anaheim , CA! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Metro Anaheim Locksmith’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Anaheim , CA. Keep up the good job!!!!

Metro Anaheim Locksmith in Anaheim , CA Fast, friendly and got the job done. I needed a new deadbolt in my door and found this place online. They had great availability for the install and were right on time literally arrived at 2 PM on the dot. Scott did the installation and went over my options without trying to up sell me. He explained which deadbolt was the best for my kind of door, existing lock and type of building and then quickly went to work. An hour later it was done and now I have a shiny new lock, two new keys and a better sense of security.

I would, and have, recommend Metro Anaheim Locksmith to anyone looking for a locksmith. Shon come the day after my inquiry to change our lock. He was very knowledgeable, giving us an overview on what the existing lock was like, etc. He even recommended a cheaper service that what I initially called him for after looking at our lock. Service was very quick, and he left everything clean and tidied up. Didn't rush us through or seem hurried, chatted with us throughout the entire install, even recommending a couple of great pizza spots in our neighborhood. It felt great working with someone who was friendly and didn't try to cheap us out of our money!

After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. Metro Anaheim Locksmith are rad.
