This place is hands down the best locksmith in Sacramento, CA ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Sacramento Lock And Safe with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Sacramento, CA !

I needed my locks replaced (turns out my neighbor had the same very same locks--imagine that!) but I have a crazy busy schedule and Techi was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate my needs. He gave me all the possible options but didn't push for higher priced items and even said that some of the higher options weren't better options. He even helped out when my sensitive smoke alarms started going off because of my cooking dinner, lol. Tech flexibility, honesty, and kindness earn him five stars. I’d just moved into this new place and wanted to get my locks replaced. Without further ado, I called up Dave from Sacramento Lock And Safe after finding the contact details on http://www.SacramentoLockAndSafe.com. The technician came over but wasn’t allowed to proceed with the installation. Apparently, I needed to get the right permission from the owner before I could change the locks. Dave was understanding and didn’t even charge me for the call out. I scheduled an appointment a week later. Thanks to Sacramento Lock And Safe for equipping my apartment with top-grade locks and for the low prices! I highly recommend them to anyone in Sacramento, CA!!!

Impeccable service from Sacramento Lock And Safe! Right from the guy who answered the phone to the person who came home to install a new chain lock; everyone seemed to know their job! The locksmith clearly explained the process, the options available and stated the price upfront. Having been ripped off by several locksmiths in the past, Sacramento Lock And Safe’s transparency and reasonable pricing scheme impressed me. No extra charges, no hidden fees! Simply the best! Thanks to Jeff, my colleague, for passing on their website link http://www.SacramentoLockAndSafe.com to me! If you live in Sacramento, CA, give them a try! Definitely the BEST!

PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Sacramento Lock And Safe is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found Sacramento Lock And Safe. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. Within ten minutes, someone from Sacramento Lock And Safe reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys! I scheduled an appointment for the installation the very next day. Who wouldn’t? Sacramento, CA is extremely fortunate to have Sacramento Lock And Safe… 10 on 10 for service and prices! Their number 916-745-6833 is down on my favorites list… will call them again!
