After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Bakerstown Locksmith Service , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Bakerstown Locksmith Service could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. Fantastic experience with Bakerstown Locksmith Service. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

We had Bakerstown Locksmith Service come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. Ok, Bakerstown Locksmith Service is awesome! First, Gary arrived when he said he would. Second, he went out of his way to know exactly what I wanted. The last time I hired a locksmith, he didn’t even ask me what lock I needed, and installed an expensive one that was pretty useless, as was evident from its deteriorating performance. Fortunately, Gary knew exactly how to fix it and made sure everything worked fine before handing out the bill. Very affordable for such phenomenal services!!!
