Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

The locksmith I was associated with earlier took a minimum of an hour to make an onsite visit. And once Jones got down to work, there was no doubt about it- he was a pro! Gary conducted a thorough assessment and suggested that I get my locks rekeyed. He also added that I needed new locks for my windows. Apart from that, he said everything else looked fine!
