Very professional and affordable service! We were new to West Chester and didn’t know any locksmiths around. Hired West Chester Locksmith Store after a neighbor recommended them strongly and passed on their number 513-845-0073. Arrived on time, finished the work quickly and cleaned up any mess made thereafter. Charges were fairly reasonable, despite the fact that I’d had about two locks changed and four locks rekeyed. Won’t hesitate to hire again…

Finding a locksmith without shady business practices is like finding a needle in a haystack. However, Tom and his business are truly just that! I moved into my new condo a few months ago and kept slacking on adding a deadbolt. Having heard that there were rumored break-ins in my building, I knew it was time to get the deed done. Early on Saturday morning I scanned Online for a reputable locksmith company and came across West Chester Locksmith Store. I filled out the online form and Tom responded to me in about 30 minutes. He was already in West Chester, OH that morning and could be at my place within the hour. Seriously??? Bonus points! When he showed up, he explained the lock he would add to my door and the extra security it would provide. He was extremely professional and made me feel at ease the whole time he was doing the job. Tom, your company is the BEST and I will certainly be using word of mouth to let people know about your company.

Once I’d moved into a new home, the sheer excitement of it all washed away other critical matters that had to be taken care of. It was only when I was locked out and a concerned neighbor stepped in to unlock the door with a spare key he had did I realize the huge oversight I’d made. Without wasting any more time, I called up West Chester Locksmith Store after finding great reviews online. Right from getting to my home to rekeying my locks, it all took just an hour. I couldn’t be happier with their service. The technician, Andrew, was a true gentleman and knew his job! He even suggested that I redeem a coupon from their website http://www.westchester-locksmithstore.com that cut down my already low bill even further. I cannot heap more praise on them through mere words. Definitely, West Chester Locksmith Store is the best in West Chester, OH!!!

I called West Chester Locksmith Store today to have some locks re-keyed. I'm glad I called. They had someone close by named Allen who was great. He showed up at the time I requested with only about 2 hour notice. He was able to re-key all seven locks in about 40 minutes. All for $100 with the 2 keys. If you need someone who will actually show for the job I recommend West Chester Locksmith Store !

I couldn’t be more indebted to West Chester Locksmith Store for helping out of a tight spot! I was getting ready for an interview at a firm that I’d always dreamt of getting into. I’ve been planning this day for weeks, my files were all organized and locked up in the car trunk, my clothes ironed out, my leather shoes shined and my car sent for a tune up. But despite my meticulous planning, fate had other plans. After arriving at the venue, when I tried to open up the trunk, it just wouldn’t budge. The lock was jammed shut and all my files, my resume, my portfolio was locked up in it. It was the worst nightmare ever! Thankfully I still had half an hour before the interview started and I called up Joe, the trusted locksmith from West Chester Locksmith Store. He got there in ten minutes and it took him barely a few minutes to get my trunk unlocked. Super efficient and super fast services! I’m writing this review in the hope that it might help out someone else who’s in a fix! Joe and his team at West Chester Locksmith Store are the best in West Chester, OH!
