It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! Hurst Locksmith Store had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didn’t expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out.
