I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Tacoma, WA and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Tacoma Locksmith Store. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site https://www.TacomaLocksmithStore.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!

Fantastic experience with Tacoma Locksmith Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Tacoma Locksmith Store not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional service.

Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Tacoma, WA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. Instead of charging for the higher service they recommended a cheaper but secure alternative. 3) Credit card accepted! 4) If you will need a locksmith call Tacoma Locksmith Store

I'm right there with everyone else - Tacoma Locksmith Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

Tacoma Locksmith Store rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. That’s when it dawned on me – I didn’t take them out in the first place! And sure enough, it was still in the ignition. Furious with myself, I did what any sane person would do in such a situation – call for help! I’ve been calling Tacoma Locksmith Store for locksmithing work for years, and I wasn’t sure if they were even available at such an odd hour. Nevertheless, I dialed 253-271-3434 and someone picked up! The rep assured me of help and within half an hour, I was back inside the car! Cheers to team Tacoma Locksmith Store!! I used to think these guys were great at their job, but now if it’s possible, I think my respect for them has doubled! I just can’t imagine how Chris works round-the-clock with so much energy and enthusiasm. Kudos to the entire team for doing an excellent job in Tacoma, WA! Thanks!!

Ok, here it goes – my first ever positive experience with a locksmith! Locksmiths have quite a notorious reputation for being absurdly expensive and I’d fallen victim to quite a lot of these unscrupulous agencies in the past! So when I found Tacoma Locksmith Store I simply felt compelled to write this review! These guys are pure gold! Upfront pricing, extremely talented technicians, 24/7 service, and completely reliable! They’ve been there for help right when I needed them, and the prices are a quarter of what other firms charge! Check out their website http://www.TacomaLocksmithStore.com, they’ve also got coupons to further bring down the prices! AWESOME!!! Definitely, my go-to locksmith in Tacoma, WA!

Moving into a new home robbed me of what little money I had left. On top of it, I knew I had to get my locks rekeyed. The home had switched hands at least three times and I wasn’t sure how many copies of keys to my home were out there. I couldn’t risk my safety for anything! Out of pure desperation, I began a hunt for a cheap locksmith service online and landed up on http://www.TacomaLocksmithStore.com. They had good reviews and even had a coupon enlisted online that entitled me to a discount. That’s exactly what I needed and decided to call them up! An hour later, the job was done and when the final bill was handed out, I couldn’t believe my eyes!!! Tacoma Locksmith Store is perhaps the only firm in Tacoma, WA that lives up to its claims of being affordable! Thanks Tacoma Locksmith Store for saving my day and my money…
