When I was out for a visit to my mom’s place in Long Island City, NY, I couldn’t help but notice the dilapidated condition of the lock on her screen door. She was quite careless when it came to stuff like this, so, I decided to take matters into my own hands and called Long Island City Locksmith Service. The lady next door handed out their number 718-971-2373 to me and since I didn’t know any locksmith there, I trusted her recommendation. I’m sure glad I did! Gary was quick to reach the spot and was a complete professional. After presenting a range of options along with the prices, he got the lock installed in a jiffy. Wish I had a locksmith like Gary back in my place! Long Island City Locksmith Service were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. Cost was very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend them!

I knew I’d made the right choice when I called Long Island City Locksmith Service to fix up a master key system for my apartment! The technician, Eric, was extremely patient in listening to my requirement. I wanted different levels of access imparted to different people, with the full access resting solely with me! Eric formulated the perfect plan, clearly explained the process, the various options and the money it will cost me! I must say, I’m so impressed with the level of professionalism shown by him. And the prices seemed very reasonable for a job that was as taxing as that! Eric also suggested that I pick up a coupon from their website http://www.LongIslandCityLocksmithService.com to get a discount on the already low bill! I don’t think any other locksmith would do that! Thank you guys, for devising a flawless master key system for my apartment! Definitely, ringing you up for anything I may need in the future! The best firm in Long Island City, NY!

I chose Long Island City Locksmith Service based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.
