Talk about quick and responsive service - Santa Monica Lock And Key is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. If you have any lock and key issues in Santa Monica, CA and surrounding localities, Thomas is your man! You won’t regret it! They’re number 1!

I was new to Santa Monica and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Santa Monica Lock And Key. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

Thankfully, I had an internet connection and I quickly found a couple of firms near me. Believe it or not, I dialed nearly 6-8 numbers before someone finally agreed to help me – and that someone was Santa Monica Lock And Key! If not for their ready assistance, I would’ve been stuck outside for hours. Thank you so much for helping me out. Saved their number 310-955-5852 just in case! Highly recommend that you do the same!!!

Trust me when I say this, Santa Monica Lock And Key is truly the best locksmith company in Santa Monica, CA! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Santa Monica Lock And Key’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Santa Monica, CA. Keep up the good job!!!!

Santa Monica Lock And Key rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. That’s when it dawned on me – I didn’t take them out in the first place! And sure enough, it was still in the ignition. Furious with myself, I did what any sane person would do in such a situation – call for help! I’ve been calling Santa Monica Lock And Key for locksmithing work for years, and I wasn’t sure if they were even available at such an odd hour. Nevertheless, I dialed 310-955-5852 and someone picked up! The rep assured me of help and within half an hour, I was back inside the car! Cheers to team Santa Monica Lock And Key!! I used to think these guys were great at their job, but now if it’s possible, I think my respect for them has doubled! I just can’t imagine how Chris works round-the-clock with so much energy and enthusiasm. Kudos to the entire team for doing an excellent job in Santa Monica, CA! Thanks!!

I can't recommend this Santa Monica Lock And Key enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

Eric is the best!!! He worked his magic and got the dead smart lock working again… I expected him to charge me a bomb for calling him up after business hours, but surprisingly he didn’t!
