I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Rancho Cordova Locksmith first, in future endeavors!

I can't recommend this Rancho Cordova Locksmith enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Rancho Cordova Locksmith made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. He needed to come back the next day and finish the job and he refused to let me pay him till it was a 100%. I will recommend him to anyone who gets locked out, needs new locks, or is just looking to hear some crazy stories. Thank you!!

I'm not ever a reviewer but felt compelled to say how good I thought this service was. Rancho Cordova Locksmith is definitely the Company to get the job done and as they promise, no hidden costs. Quick, efficient and very pleasant.... It almost would make being locked out a pleasure...

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called Rancho Cordova Locksmith to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. I never leave internet reviews but I felt compelled to tell others about this great service. CALL THEM IF YOU EVER NEED A LOCKSMITH FOR GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE from Rancho Cordova Locksmith! I think the guy who came over was Jeff. Very talented and friendly. He guided me through the entire process so I would know exactly what he was doing. He stayed true to his word, and didn’t charge me a penny extra from what he'd mentioned earlier! Flat rates! Skilled technicians! Quick response ! I don't think any other company in Rancho Cordova, CA could offer me any better. Their number 916-526-7003 is going down on my favorite's list for good. Highly-recommend that you do the same.

I just can’t stop showering praises on these guys, and I’ve got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in Rancho Cordova Locksmith with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. For a person who has previously waited for hours on end for a locksmith to arrive, this superfast response came as a pleasant shock. And then, when it comes to the service, Tony had the lock opened up in a few minutes without inflicting the slightest damage on it! Truly incredible! When I first read through the avalanche of positive comments Rancho Cordova Locksmith had, I was skeptical at first. No one could be that good, can they? All it took was a phone call for me to join their list of happy clientele… Being quite particular about where and how I spend my money, I wasn’t willing to pay the car dealership a hefty sum for a transponder key replacement.
