Very friendly and very helpful! I’d recently purchased a DIY lock rekeying kit from a nearby store but didn’t know how to get the job done. I figured that out an hour after he’d had his way with the locks and it went from bad to worse! I just couldn’t believe it! After wrecking my lock, he even had the nerve to demand a service fee. He advised me to get it replaced at the earliest opportunity, since it was a cheap imitation of a Mul-T-Lock and wouldn’t last long. 5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Garden City Locksmith Store reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Garden City, NY within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 516-247-6459 and calling him up again.

And although it seemed sturdy, my brother thought that it gives off an aura of being an easy target to intruders. He did have a point! So, I called Garden City Locksmith Store as he suggested and Jones came in immediately to take a look at the lock. I asked him to give me a price right then. I was a little low on cash and didn’t wanna end up paying up everything I had to these guys. Jones was quite understanding and gave me a flat rate, which was surprisingly low. All I hoped for was that he didn’t add on anything to the bill at the end – which he didn’t! Now the lock on my front door gives off an aura that says ‘back-off’. And it’s all thanks to Jones for getting the job done at such a reasonable price! Will definitely call these guys again!!! In my opinion, Garden City Locksmith Store is clearly the best in Garden City, NY! Try them out, and you’ll know exactly why!!!
