I was one of those people who loved a little rebellion from time to time. This included trying to fix the plumbing, single-handedly installing bookshelves and I had once succeeded in fixing faulty electrical wiring on my own as well. Where I did fail, was with locks! After encountering a non-operable lock, I took out my favorite tools and dismantled the entire thing to probe into the issue. An hour later, I still couldn’t figure it out. Reluctantly, I called up a locksmith I found online. The technician got there in minutes, and fixed the mess I’d made in no time. I expected a heavy bill only to be pleasantly surprised. I even used a coupon that I found on their website http://www.BranfordLocksmithStore.com and got even more reductions on the bill. I can’t believe I wasted so much of my time trying to fix the lock myself, when I could have just called these guys. That’s a lesson I’d learnt for good that day! I had an appointment at 8 pm with Branford Locksmith Store for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. Branford Locksmith Store is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Branford Locksmith Store’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Branford, CT (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Branford Locksmith Store was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Branford Locksmith Store is the BEST in Branford, CT!!! To top it off, the food was in the oven and I just didn't know what to do. I called the apartment supervisor who immediately called for Branford Locksmith Store - they were my saviors. They came in within a few minutes and opened the door in no time. Gary was a very pleasing and talented locksmith.
