First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Whiting Locksmith Service was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Whiting that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. If you ever have problems with your lock, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I highly recommend it…

After having a negative experience with another locksmith, it was Whiting Locksmith Service that came to my rescue and fixed everything up at my office. It was such a pleasant experience working with them that I hired them again to fix a few locks around my house. Was charged reasonably both the times! I had asked nearly every hardware and locksmith store in Whiting , IN 46394 for a copy of the key I had, but no one agreed to take up the job. One store recommended that I call Whiting Locksmith Service for advanced key cutting jobs. I texted the technician a picture of the key and he said it could be done. He arrived at my place, and worked out of his van to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys! The prices are low enough on their own, but the coupon just added an extra zing to the whole thing! Whiting Locksmith Service is truly the best for providing such quality services without ripping its customers in Whiting , IN off. Would I hire them again? I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Whiting Locksmith Service first, in future endeavors!

I can't recommend this Whiting Locksmith Service enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Whiting Locksmith Service made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. He needed to come back the next day and finish the job and he refused to let me pay him till it was a 100%. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work.
