He was very knowledgeable, giving us an overview on what the existing lock was like, etc. He even recommended a cheaper service that what I initially called him for after looking at our lock. Service was very quick, and he left everything clean and tidied up. Didn't rush us through or seem hurried, chatted with us throughout the entire install, even recommending a couple of great pizza spots in our neighborhood. It felt great working with someone who was friendly and didn't try to cheap us out of our money!

The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow!
