After a heated discussion with the directors, we finally decided to set aside a budget to revamp the security of our business premises. With the rising cases of break-ins, my fear for safety wasn’t unfounded! My assistant suggested that we opt for Los AngeleLocks & Safes. It sounded good, and so I decided to give them a try. They were complete professionals and were great at offering security advice. They ditched the old locks and had new high-security locks installed instead. Our file cabinets and our mailboxes got new locks too! And the complete security revamp didn’t even cost us as much as we imagined! We were truly amazed! I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Los Angeles, CA led me to http://www.LosAngelesLocksAndSafes.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.

An utter waste of my time and money.. that’s when I decided to call Los AngeleLocks & Safes! I recall having read a couple of positive reviews on the web about these guys and figured they could help me out! And sure enough, I’d made the right choice! It took the technician from Los AngeleLocks & Safes barely ten minutes to fix the lock! WOW! It was probably the expertise they had, that was behind the super quick fix..
