We also offer Asset Investagations and Location Information Services Sometimes ex customers go underground in order to avoid paying past due monies owed to your company. We will find just about anybody anywhere using the state of the art software that provides a lot of data regarding your ex customer i.e. bank accounts, driver's license, family, friends, ETC. References Are available by request only we have some major companies that we are currently working with and we also have records that we can provide as well. Proper Placement of Past Due Receivable We have a huge network of Collection Agencies that we use for certain accounts. And since I have been in the Business over 28 years I know who to use. We also have a network of Attorneys and Private Investigators throughout the U.S.A. and we know how to dispatch them accordingly. We also can handle all day to day Collections if needed. Timely Remits of Payment Everything all boils down to repayment and payment. We remit payment to you once each month on the 25th. We allow those 25 days for recovery and book keeping. If you are local you can come to the office and pick up your remit or we can do bank to bank wire transfer. Transparency Transparency is so important to everyone involved. That's why Jergenson Smytt and Associates,LLC believes in operating out of a glass house so you the Customer can see all the work being done on your accounts. Fees / Rates Fees/Rates are to be agreed on between the Customer and JSA. Fees have a few different factors. Age of account, accompanying documents, location of debtor, Commercial and/or Consumer, amount of accounts being placed, so feel free to contact us for your free quote.
