Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Parker Locksmith Store after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Gary, IN --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.

Gorge asked for pictures and sent them as requested. He came at 4pm as said, and changed our lock in 10 minutes. Great price, great service, and simply just a great guy. Just about everyone was getting these automatic locks for their garage, but mine was still stuck in the last century. Unsure whether it would fit my budget, I called up a couple of firms in Gary, IN 46402 to enquire. Most were unwilling to provide information over the phone. However, when I dialed 219-728-5179, the dispatcher was helpful and even gave me an approximate quote over the phone. Hired them right away! And the new lock is simply amazing. Thanks for doing a wonderful job and in the shortest of time. Highly recommend Parker Locksmith Store!

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Parker Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved!
When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows?
Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes.
Working with Parker Locksmith Store was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Parker Locksmith Store and would definitely call them again, if you need Call: 219-728-5179.
