AMAZING COMPANY!! I have completed multiple transactions with several companies. I have alot of knowledge in the industry and understand how the transaction processes work from start to finish. I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND RISING CAPITAL SOONER!! If you pick to work with the wrong company, you're in for a nightmare, a TON of broken promises, stressful head games, major lack of communication and other companies will not care once they hook you! This WAS NOT the case with Rising Capital!!! RCA was able to get me the highest amount of money for my transaction by far!! They kept constant, clear communication and I cant rave enough about their responsiveness to any and all questions. Other companies will pass you from stressed out rude employee to another or simply avoid returning your calls and emails ect altogether for days or even weeks. NOT with Rising Capital. It was such an incredibly professional, personable, experience. Between Samantha and Michele working to find me the most money possible, the underwriting department, Dave Demico and so on.
