Once I called Amber Locksmith Store up, I didn’t wait for long. Eric got there in less than fifteen minutes. My car trunk was jammed shut and all my luggage was loaded up in it. I had a flight to catch in about an hour and it was a question of opening the trunk or missing my flight. Amber Locksmith Store did not let the latter happen. Kevin was quick and he opened the trunk within minutes, fixing the lock in the process. I made it to the flight on time. Thanks guys! I checked out their website https://www.LongBeach.Amber-Locksmith-Store.com later and found they had a lot more on offer. When I’m back from my trip, I’m definitely hiring them for a home security overhaul. The best in Long Beach? No, they’re excellent!

Best customer service experience I have had in Long Beach, CA. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. It is comforting to know that you can receive good customer service in this Long Beach, CA especially when it comes to a situation as important as your safety regarding your locks.

Amber Locksmith Store Super helpful. I locked myself out while doing laundry, checked their website and i called,friendly smith was there within 10 minutes.
