I was locked out of my home and called up Locksmith & Lock Store after finding their number on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow!
