Fantastic experience with Gold Locksmith Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Gold Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Brookline, MA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Gold Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

I never write reviews online unless I’ve had a really bad experience, but this time, I made an exception! The guys at Gold Locksmith Store were too good to not be written about! All I needed was a spare key that I could hand out to my son so he had access to the house when he returned from school. Gary arrived, complete with all the tools needed for the job and a friendly smile. He got the copy key made in minutes and charged reasonably for it. For all you people who’re dealing with lockouts or critical issues with your locks, if Gold Locksmith Store could address the minor issue I had so promptly, I can only imagine the level of service they'd offer in an emergency. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options.
