Very professional! As promised, the locksmith arrived on time, and the job was done swiftly thereafter. Also, the final bill was lower than the original quote they gave when I messaged them through their website https://www.Cleveland.Safe-Key-Shop.com. I couldn’t be happier with the service offered by Safe & Key Shop. No other locksmith in Cleveland , OH 44119 can compete with them. Ten on ten, for sure!

The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. James came in a short amount of time and was finished working in under an hour. He even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing while he worked. My car is now fixed and I paid about half of what another locksmith quoted me, Call them the best Locksmith Company in Cleveland , OH.

I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Safe & Key Shop not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional Locksmith Service Call them 216-654-9510.

Very pleased with my experience with Safe & Key Shop. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but Safe & Key Shop didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like?
