I probably wasn’t thinking clearly, but when I shut the car door behind me, I knew at that very moment that I was doomed. The keys were locked inside and I was out in the dark desolate highway. I was on the verge of having a mini-meltdown, but quickly pulled myself together and called my trusted locksmith - Master Locksmith Store. This was a first, and I wasn’t even sure if they offered emergency service, but thankfully, they did. Within minutes, Gary had arrived, unlocked the car and got the keys back. I dreaded finding a locksmith to install a deadbolt on my new apartment until I found Master Locksmith Store online yesterday afternoon, with glowing Online reviews and a modern web presence. He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am. Mike was available to come to Needham, MA within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website. He arrived at the scheduled time, and had the deadbolt installed within minutes. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially compared to every other shady locksmith I've encountered in the city.

After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Needham, MA , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Master Locksmith Store. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Needham, MA that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Master Locksmith Store if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!
