I literally have nothing bad to say about these Locksmith & Key Shop. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.
