Just about everyone was getting these automatic locks for their garage, but mine was still stuck in the last century. Lock & Key Store was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. My friends all quickly jumped in with horror stories about how much they had to pay when this happened to them, but after a little yelping, I came upon Lock & Key Store. Kobbi called me back that morning and despite it being the friday before Labor Day, said that he would stop by on his way out of town. While waiting for Jay I'd run into a neighbor who'd told me his sob story about how this had just happened to him and he had to pay something like $120, but even though my door had some crazy security bar on it, Kobbi managed to get it open and for only $50! I'm so grateful - it was quick and painless and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves locked out. Lifesaver.

I wanted a lock problem fixed, and a friend's recommendation couldn't come by until a week in the future. Lock & Key Store was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call Lock & Key Store !
