Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. called Estate Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

So, I just called up City Locksmith Services last week for my office’s periodic security overhaul. The guys from the local shop in Carnegie, PA I used to call all this time were unavailable. To sum up my experience with City Locksmith Services, I must say, it was very impressive. They bought in an aura of professionalism with them. Right from being on time for the appointment to completion of the task, there was nothing amiss! And the prices – just so affordable! We managed to get ourselves locked out of an interior door in our house, and we called Estate Locksmith Store of course, based on the reviews online. The tech quickly gave us a call back from our message and gave us a reasonable price which was way cheaper than some other places we called before him. For all I knew, he could have easily overcharged me or installed a new lock, but James didn’t! In fact, he took his time to figure out what was wrong with my lock and had it fixed. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there.
