I had a great experience with Intelligent Services INC.Everyone I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. The technician I worked with was very friendly and was happy to answer all of my questions and provide maintenance tips/advice about my washer.

**UPDATE** I am now getting harassed by this company with "FAKE cease and desist letters" by mail about my reviews. I highly recommend finding a more reputable company to do business with. If I could give 0 stars, I would... Basically trying to make an appointment with them is a joke. They kept pushing back the appointment to the next day due to excuses... first time was they weren't able to get the part needed, second time was because the part was "delayed" due to the rain, and the third and final strike was that the technicians "phone broke" and wasn't able to receive calls. I'm sure he has a personal cell phone that he could be reached at. Highly recommend finding a different company to do business with.
