How often have you been duped by locksmiths? Perhaps, several times. I, for one, have hired over ten different locksmiths in White Plains, NY and I’ve never been completely satisfied with any of them. That is until Aqua Locksmith Store came long. I found their website https://www.WhitePlains.Aqua-Locksmith-Store.com purely by chance and decided to give it a shot. After all, what harm could it bring? I needed a chain lock on my front door. Barely fifteen minutes had passed since I'd made that call to Aqua Locksmith Store when my doorbell rang. Jack was extremely friendly and courteous and had the door fitted with a new lock. Despite making a house call, there weren't any convenience charges added in the bill and I found the rates to be very reasonable. I must say, I've finally found a locksmith that I'm going to stick to forever. Can't recommend them enough!

Aqua Locksmith Store did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Aqua Locksmith Store !

I Called Aqua Locksmith Store and the guy who showed up to help me with my locks was great. They worked around my weird schedule, gave helpful advice, and we generally cool. world definitely recommend and hire them again.

CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Aqua Locksmith Store was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in White Plains, NY charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Aqua Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith! 10/10

Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded "urgent". Now THAT is amazing customer service. Todd installed my lock within 20 minutes and I will never use anyone else. Super nice, legit (i.e. non shady), and professional. LOVE Aqua Locksmith Store ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Aqua Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Aqua Locksmith Store !!!
