Most of the locksmiths I’ve hired are a complete sham. Tricked into buying unnecessary stuff, and charged an overpriced rate for even basic services, I’d finally concluded that an honest, reliable locksmith was hard to come by. Is it just me or has this happened to anyone else? Anyway, last month I ended up losing the spare keys to my home and like always I started looking for a locksmith who could help me, hoping that the one I hire now would be better than the last. A quick web search later, I landed on https://www.Jessup.Galaxy-Locksmith-Store.com and I must say, these guys managed to alter my perception forever. Friendly, on time, efficient, skilled and extremely talented, these guys are surely the best in Jessup, MD. The bill was lower than I expected and there were no hidden charges. I called Galaxy Locksmith Store yesterday based on the glowing reviews I read on this site. The service and care were exemplary. I called them and in a matter of hours they had installed security locks on both of my steel fire doors at a good price. I don't normally write reviews, yet I feel compelled to write this - they are that good.

i needed a deadbolt installed on my door and Jay was very helpful in choosing the right one for me without pressuring me towards the more expensive options. I made an appointment to have it installed that day but a couple hours after the agreed upon time I called to find out what had happened. Dave was extremely apologetic and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Turns out the guy that was supposed to install it had to go to the hospital! Can't be mad at a guy that literally couldn't make it to my apt. Nevertheless Jay told to pick anytime and he would personally install it, plus 50% off to make up for the missed appointment. The next day he was on time, friendly, efficient, and considerate.I will use them again. Galaxy Locksmith Store The Best In Town!!!!
