Since moving to this city nine months ago, I've been locked out of my apartment no fewer than four times, so I think you'll trust my expertise when I say that these guys are the absolute best. Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in West Sacramento , CA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. Amazing! Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed. I was in a bad place and Henrry came through. On the phone, he listened to me and quoted me accurately and clearly. Once he came in the apartment, it was clear the right man had showed up.
