You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I have recommended this locksmith business to other establishments I know of, cheers to you Dave and Scott. Exclusive Locksmith Service are the best in Kent, WA.

Just moved into a new place and had Exclusive Locksmith Service come and install a new top lock. Tech was here on time and he got it installed cleanly, professionally and quickly. Awesome, personable Tech & Company. I would let him babysit my children and I only talked to him for 10 minutes. From now on Exclusive Locksmith Service are my go to for ANY lock needs in Kent, WA. True American Hero.
